On behalf of Winnersh Parish Council, I would like to thank The Barberettes for coming to perform at our Christmas Lights Switch On event on 2nd December.

Councillors enjoyed the performances and commented on how well your sets fit with the event, providing a full programme of entertainment. The event raised £603.62 for Wokingham Foodbank from stall holder fees, the raffle and general donations which is a fantastic achievement.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to you, Emma and all of the choir for giving up your Saturday night to perform so beautifully for the centenary event. The program and audience engagement was perfect and I have received so many positive comments. Our Treasurer has yet to count up what we made but I think this will be north of £800 which for us as a small branch is a huge amount. We wish you every success in your upcoming appearances and a great holiday on the Isle of White and will take any opportunity to promote the choir and recommend you.

The Barberettes were absolutely super at the Bracknell Town Mayor's Charity Black Tie Dinner on 1st March. Thank you so much. Our guests were seriously impressed, so much so that the organiser of Pride of Bracknell Awards are asking if you would consider a ten minute slot at the Awards Ceremony on Friday 15th March at Sandhurst Military Academy.
